Personal data we may process includes: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, password, agency information, contact details, as well as other data users themselves enter when registering, creating a profile, publishing a listing or sending an inquiry about a property.

We collect data for the purpose of: registering and managing user accounts, publishing and searching property listings, connecting users with real estate agencies, sending and receiving inquiries, the security of users and the platform, providing customer support, and improving the service.

Data is processed on the basis of: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (registration and use of the platform), consent (sending notifications), the legitimate interest of the platform (security and service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

A user looking for a property may enter: first and last name, e-mail, password, phone number and other data required to use the platform and send inquiries.

A real estate agency or other advertiser may enter: agency name, first and last name of the contact person, phone number, e-mail, password, business information and other information required to create a profile and publish listings.

When sending an inquiry about a specific property, the user’s data may be forwarded to the agency responsible for that listing, so that the agency can respond to the inquiry.

Data is stored for as long as the account exists and for as long as it is needed to provide the service. After an account is deleted, data is permanently removed, except for data that the law requires to be kept for a longer period.
